 CDOTU forms the dot product of two complex vectors

Parameters:

          CX is REAL array, dimension ( 1 + ( N - 1 )*abs( INCX ) )

INCX



          INCX is INTEGER


         storage spacing between elements of CX

CY



          CY is REAL array, dimension ( 1 + ( N - 1 )*abs( INCY ) )
